2. Services
SOS Image offers digital photo restoration and enhancement services, including but not limited to: scratch and damage repair, colorization of black-and-white photos, resolution enhancement, and background restoration. All services are delivered digitally. Final results are dependent on the quality and condition of photos submitted.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are placed through our website and processed in US dollars. Payment is collected at the time of order via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All sales are subject to availability.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all sales are final once work has begun on your order. If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us at support@sosimage.ai within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you in good faith to provide a revision or, at our sole discretion, a refund. Refunds will not be issued for orders where the source photo submitted was of insufficient quality to produce results, as disclosed at time of order.
5. Your Photos and Content
By uploading photos to SOS Image, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the photos or have explicit permission from the owner to submit them for editing
- The photos do not contain illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- You grant SOS Image a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store the images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order
We do not claim ownership of your photos. We will not sell, share, or use your images beyond what is necessary to complete your order. Photos are retained for 90 days after delivery and then permanently deleted.
6. AI Processing Disclosure
Our services use artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to process and enhance your photos. While we strive for high-quality results, AI-assisted restoration is not perfect. Results may vary based on the condition, resolution, and complexity of the submitted image. SOS Image makes no guarantee of a specific outcome and is not liable for results that do not meet subjective expectations.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use SOS Image services to:
- Submit photos you do not own or have rights to
- Create deceptive, defamatory, or fraudulent content
- Produce content that impersonates another person without consent
- Circumvent or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
8. Intellectual Property
The SOS Image website, logo, brand assets, and service technology are the intellectual property of SOS Image. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our brand materials without written permission. The enhanced versions of your photos delivered to you remain your property.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SOS Image shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
